Embassy Software has a number of Access based applications available for sale that we have created for our customers.   The applications described here are all Microsoft Access 97/2000 based, and come with all source code (full versions fully modifiable, evaluation versions not modifiable).  These applications are especially suited for businesses needing a customized application, and for people who prefer using Access.

Warehouse Software

Our easy to use, customizable warehouse software may be perfect for your warehouse operations.  Originally developed for St. Croix Storage and Transfer Inc., our warehouse database software simplifies the tasks of receiving loads and printing receipts, entering shipment orders, and entering load data and printing outgoing load bills of lading.

Corrections Community Service Software           Call for price!

Our Corrections Community Service Database makes it a snap to manage Community Service, Work Crew, Bench Probation and DUII program data.  The database provides facilities for entering, organizing and managing the following types of data: clients, dockets, community service hours ordered, work crew hours ordered, hours completed, DUII program progress and community service agencies.  Upon entering hours completed per month and compliance notes, compliance and warning letters can be printed with the click of a button.  System keeps track of hours ordered, hours worked, hours remaining, compliance notes and warning notes by docket.

Our Corrections Community Service Database software is currently being used at: Hood River and Wasco (ph 541-506-2570) Counties.

Download evaluation copy (for use on machine with Access 2000 installed).  After downloading, unzip to new folder, then open embccprg.mde using Access 2000.

Adult Foster Home Database           Call for price!

Our Adult Foster Home Database allows you to easily manage the mountain of data pertaining to adult foster home businesses.  The database provides facilities for entering, organizing and managing the following types of data: clients, support team members, client notes, monthly charges and payments, client bank accounts and client cash envelopes.  Printouts include: physician visit form, client accounts and client information sheet.  Facilities also exist for generating by-the-hour or by-the-day invoices and statements for respite care services.  Various help buttons allow for quick access to agency and service provider names and phone numbers (rids your desk of little scraps of paper!).  Keeps track of customer accounts, prints billing envelopes and statements (used mainly for foster homes that do respite-care).
